The FAU Boca House of Representatives had its final meeting of the year Friday.

During the meeting, the House confirmed all of Boca Governor-elect Der’Resha Bastien’s cabinet appointees by a unanimous vote.

The House also voted in and swore in two new members — David Billota, a freshman majoring in electrical engineering, and Tiffany Ceasor, a senior majoring in biology.

House Speaker Steven Grunberg, during his final report in the position, said that when he first became speaker he was worried about getting the job done because a lot of the members were new.

However, Grunberg said, “My worries subsided as the year progressed watching your excitement doing your job.”
