While the presidential primary debates at FAU are getting all the attention, the week leading up to them was just as important.
In fact, students, alumni, faculty and staff felt the buzz surrounding FAU’s sponsored “Join It! Civic Engagement Week.”
From the kick-off event with Comedy Central’s “Indecision 2008” comedy show, to daily faculty-sponsored workshops, a “Rock the Vote” cookout and Student Government Mock Debates, the week was full of special events to promote political awareness, civic engagement and student involvement.
