Broward celebrates culture and diversity

Davie campus students were treated to free food and music on Monday, June 28 during “Diverse Culture Day.” Owl Productions provided food tasting from several different countries, which was accompanied with music by a walking accordion player. Owl Productions and the Broward Student Government coordinate events for students such as the “Diverse Culture Day” using activity fees, so students are encouraged to participate and enjoy what they have already paid for. Look for upcoming “Coffee House” events such as free breakfast and “Relaxing Day” later this month. For more information on “Coffee House” events, call 954/236-1250.
