I’m not sure this is the correct place to advertise a room in my house for rent butanyway, I am a single 50 yr. old woman w/ a house less than a mile from the beach in Delrayoff George Bush blvd. Its a 2 bdrm/2 bath on a large landscaped lot W/ a beautiful gazebo perfect for studying. I am only asking $650.00a month which includes all utilities. The price could be negotiable if a person was willing to help w/ any yardwork. I am seeking a student because I feel he/she would be responsible. I am also studying @ home to be a graphic designer as a career change, which is why I need the help w/ the expenses here. I will be going to Colorado for 3-4 months this summer, which is another reason I would like someone to look after the place. I built everything here myself as I am a carpenter.
