FAU football has officially hit the national stage.

FOX and CBS Sports Network announced they will air FAU football games nationally this season.

The Owls’ season-opener against the Oklahoma Sooners will be broadcasted on FOX with kickoff for the Sept. 1 matchup set for noon est.

FAU’s game against Louisiana Tech has been moved up to Friday, Oct. 26, one day ahead of the originally scheduled Oct. 27 matchup. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m est.

The Bulldogs of Louisiana Tech were effectively tamed by FAU in 2017-18. The Owls throttled their conference foes 48-23 on the road last season.

North Texas will host the Owls on Thursday, Oct. 15, at 9:30 p.m est. The game was originally scheduled for Oct. 17.

FAU dominated the Mean Green twice last season, including its victory in the 2017 Conference-USA championship game. The Owls scored 110 points combined over the two matchups.

Head coach Lane Kiffin and his team open their season in 92 days.
