The FAU flag flies at half-staff on Monday, Jan. 3, at the east entrance of the Kenneth R. Williams Administration Building in memory of Dr. Jay Mendell, who passed away on Dec. 1, 2010. Mendell was on the faculty of the School of Public Administration from 1976 to 2008.
