We wanted to take a moment to update the University community on the status of the Arts and Letters Building (Building 9) on the Boca Campus.
Physical Plant has brought in a mitigation firm which will work through the weekend to dehumidify the facility and extract water/moisture from the carpeted rooms. They are confident that there work will be complete and the building will be ready for occupancy by Monday.
Therefore, unless unforeseen circumstances occur over the weekend, classes scheduled for the Arts and Letters Building will be taught at the regular time and in the regular location on Monday. If an unforeseen event does occur, we will send a new notification over the weekend.
