This is not LA, sweetheart.

This week, Denise Richards went back to her old roots – or as she refers to it, her “white trash” roots – and visited her sister and her tattooed brother-in-law for a “white trash” weekend.

Denise and the boys went around town fishing, to a local bar, and also drove fancy cars – go-karts, that is. The first thing on the agenda was to take Denise go-kart racing (if you can call it racing when Denise is driving). She went around the track so slowly that even her toddler nephew looked bored.

She also offered to baby-sit her nephews while her sister went out, and found that one of her nephew’s friends brought a Playboy magazine, which Denise herself graced four years ago.

She ended her weekend by going to a local bar, in which she made her brother-in-law promise he’d go to Beverly Hills for a “girl’s weekend” to get manicures and spray tans together.

Can’t wait for that to happen.
