Move over Ozzie and Harriet and make room for Ozzy and Sharon…Osbourne, that is. As for Ricky and David, well, they better stay in Pleasantville because Jack and Kelly would kick their asses. More important than who is truly America’s favorite television family is that the Prince of Darkness is back and he’s better than ever.
Ozzy Osbourne has released a new album entitled, Black Rain, with an all killer, no filler single called, “I Don’t Wanna Stop.”
“I don’t know what they’re talking about/I’m making my own decisions,”…Mr. Osbourne, very well stated indeed.
The self-proclaimed Prince of Darkness has recorded his first-ever sober album, Black Rain. The sobriety is also self-proclaimed. Whether you’ve listened to Black Sabbath or recently discovered Ozzy Osbourne on his MTV reality television show, The Osbournes, one thing is for certain: Ozzy can still bring it. Helping the Ozzy coalition reign supreme is grandiose-guitarist Zakk Wylde. Black Rain is Osbourne’s ninth studio album and is the follow-up to 2001’s Down to Earth. The awesomely-Ozzy single from Black Rain, “I Don’t Wanna Stop,” holds up surprisingly well for Osbourne’s vocals; after all, he is 58 years old. The Blizzard of Oz has returned and is currently being intensely embraced with open arms on hard-rock radio stations across the nation and around the world.
Ozzy’s opus is an extremely well-crafted record with 11 awesomely wicked tracks such as, “Black Rain,” “Here for You,” and the first single, “I Don’t Wanna Stop.” Black Rain is physical proof that the “Iron Man” has not lost a step after all these years, because after all, he is the bloody Prince of Fucking Darkness.
