New Faces at Assistant Coach’s Spots

She knows the state of Florida and has great contacts. After seeing the talent that she showed in the post for FAU, I know that Tami will make valuable contributions in all areas for the staff and especially with our post players.”

Coach Dugan has brought another experienced coach in to benefit the Owls.
“Mollie Kahn is a great addition to our staff, not only with recruiting but also on the court,” stated Dugan. “She’s a very strong fundamentals coach. You can’t miss the opportunity to bring someone on board who has the kind of experience and talent that Mollie does. She has six years of assistant coaching experience in the state of Florida and will make an immediate impact on FAU basketball.”
Former Speed Skater Plans to Help Women’s Basketball Team
Brittany Bowe, a former Team USA World Team Member International Speed Skater, plans to play guard at FAU. Coach Chancellor Dugan recruited Bowe even though she had other aspirations. Now Dugan will be rewarded with a quick guard that could help FAU to a first Sun-Belt Conference Championship.
“Brittany will bring us a lot of stability at the guard position. She’s an underrated player coming out of high school and I believe her best basketball is going to be ahead of her,” Dugan said.
