The last resort getaway car1/18/2005/4:39:00 PM/Student Support Services Theft The Office of Student Orientation reported that their golf cart was stolen. The campus was searched with negative results. The value of the cart was estimated at $2500.00.

Where was I when the machine was jackpotting money?1/19/2005/11:28:00 AM/Field house Pool TheftA vendor reported the theft of $421.00 in bills and coins from two Pepsi machines. Two other machines in the vending area behind Fleming Hall were also reportedly broken into with the loss placed at $270.00. The machines were discovered unlocked and without damage. It should be noted that some of the Pepsi machines on campus have been malfunctioning by “jackpotting” out money without any tampering.

1/19/2005/12:54:00 PM/Lot 23Criminal MischiefA student reported a flat tire on her vehicle. The tire valve stem cap was located on the pavement near the tire. Further investigation was required to determine whether the tire had been slashed or if the air had been let out of the tire.

Police were notified and confiscated the contraband. The resident student was issued a referral to the Dean.

He was arrested, processed at the Police Department and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.
