One song a piece, equating to five minutes of time per artist.
Thats what was given to The University Press to snap off as many pictures as we could at the sexiest show to hit South Florida this year.
On July 16, 2003, The Christina Aguilera and Justin Timberlake co-headlining tour Stripped/Justified, made its stop to the Office Depot Center.
Backstage security and tour managers briefed the growing crowd of potographers and video production crews on the rules for the evening. Christina Aguilera was to be shot during the third song of her set. Justin Timberlake was to be photographed during his second song.
Christina spoke to the crowd about the importance of fullfilling their dreams as a group of young girls screamed, “We love you Christina!”. Christina told them she loved them right back.
As the dialogue ceased Aguilera sang an unfamiliar ballad, sending the paparazzi scrambling for the best angle. Thirty-six pictures later it was time to vacate.
Justin Timberlake took the stage and performed an extensive dance routine that included a few difficult breakdancing steps and a back spin.
When he made it back to his feet Timberlake hit every spot on the stage, grinding up on female dancers and singing.
Just as fast as the song began it seemed to be finished.
When the negatives came back from the being developed it was very easy to find the best of the group.
