Lecture – The Department of Exercise Science and Health Promotion in conjunction with Memorial Hospital West Fitness and Rehabilitation Center of Pembroke Pines present Integrated Functional Training from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in LA 120 on the Davie campus. This interactive program will give students, exercise physiologists, personal trainers, athletic trainers, physical therapists and other educators tools to assists patients or clients. Exhibit – Student Exhibitions throughout spring 2002 semester in the Ritter Gallery. The Ritter Gallery on the Boca Raton campus is open Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday noon to 4 p.m., Wednesday noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 561/297-2966.

Wellness Center – FAU‘s Student Wellness Center located on the Davie campus between the Liberal Arts Building and library is open Monday through Thursdays from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Fridays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The center’s goal is to provide highly specialized exercise programs for all members. Membership is free to all students.

Festival – Asian/Caribbean Festival sponsored by The Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters and International Students at Florida Atlantic University in conjunction with the “Festival of Nations” from 4 p.m. to Midnight in the Schmidt College Amphitheater. Asian/Caribbean storytelling, music and dance performances, exhibit tours and international food tasting. All events are FREE and open to the public.
