FAU students arrested in 4th Avenue shooting released from jail

FAU+students+arrested+in+4th+Avenue+shooting+released+from+jail

Freshmen Anthony Proios and Jared Tuck, who were arrested for their alleged involvement in the 4th Avenue shooting, have been released from the Palm Beach County Jail after posting bond.

Proios was released on Nov. 1 at 5:48 pm, 14 hours after his arrest that morning. Jared Tuck was released Nov. 3 at 12:34 pm, after spending over two days in jail.

Both were charged as accessories after the fact and for tampering with evidence. Their bonds were set at $70,000 each.

The alleged shooter, Thomas Fenech, is still being held in the Palm Beach County Jail. Fenech is charged with three counts of attempted murder and with shooting into an occupied vehicle. His bond is set at $150,000.
