Local music club rocks out

Respectable Street Café is set to celebrate its birthday by rocking out for nine hours.

The popular local music scene in downtown West Palm Beach will be celebrating its 23rd anniversary this year and partying it up in a big way — with 23 bands.

While most of the bands are small, local groups, a few are worth noting. Zombies!Organize!!, comprising mostly FAU teachers, was just added to the lineup along with Alexander, who opened for Dashboard Confessional frontman Chris Carrabba during a secret show last year.

The show will last nine hours, but any early birds that show up between 8 and 10 p.m. will get to enjoy an open bar and free pizza.

The full lineup:

Awesome New Republic
Million Young
Blond Fuzz
Zombies! Organize!!
The Hard Richards

Music Is A Weapon
Kill Miss Pretty
The Mission Veo
