FAU’s Program Board put on their second Apollo Night on Nov. 20, in the Carole And Barry Kaye Auditorium. With 21 acts competing to win the grand prize of $1,000, contestants had to first survive the criticism of the audience and then a panel of judges.
The audience had the ability to boo if they did not like the act or cheer if they enjoyed the act to keep them in the running for the grand prize. Many did not make it past the tough audience, but a few made the cut.
Pulse Dance Troupe stunned the audience with their large-scale routine and took home the grand prize.
