This Saturday from 9 p.m. to midnight, FAU students can enjoy $70 worth of go-kart racing, food, drinks, video games and mini golf for free at Xtreme Indoor Karting. The occasion is Broward Program Board’s first-ever event for all students “from Treasure Coast to Seatech” campuses, according to board Event Coordinator Helen Pferdehirt.
To enjoy the event for free, you must sign up here. Although you must pay a $35 deposit, it will be refunded once you go to the event.
“Not many people have the chance to race at 45 mph,” said board Director Iris Trevisano.
According to the board, there are “over 100 Interactive Video Arcade Games, unlimited rounds to an 18-hole trackside mini-golf course and a buffet dinner” in addition to the go-kart racing.
