Step yo game up (girls)

It was a Saturday night at Club Boca, and as my girlfriends and I strolled around the club I noticed this guy standing over at the bar. In an attempt to make him drool over me, I started strutting toward him with a look of pure confidence on my face. I was so focused on my walk that I didn’t even notice the huge piece of toilet paper stuck to my heel. By the time I was in front of him I panicked at the thought of him seeing the dragging toilet paper and forgot what I was going to say. I quickly made a U-turn and scurried back to my friends.

There was this guy I was interested in, but my only connection was through a friend. Whenever there was a gathering, I made sure I looked my best and waited for him to approach me. I never took the time to actually introduce myself to him or even look him in his eyes, so by the time we both participated in a conversation, he was too busy flirting with another girl to even notice I was there.

In situations where it’s a group of your friends and a group of guys, don’t ever fight for attention. When flirting it’s best to keep it simple, and remember, the small things are what count. Instead of trying to put on a mini peep show, try setting yourself up where the sun is hitting your face and body just right. Doing this will give the illusion of your skin glowing or sparkling in the summer sun. When in doubt, remember K.I.S.S.: “Keep it simple, stupid.”

Pour it on lightly. You never want to come on too strong in any situation; nobody likes a “Miss All Up in Your Face.” Give the guy some time to think about you and the amazing time you two had before you start researching his social security number. Everyone loves a good chase, and if you make it too easy for him, he’ll eventually think twice about you, get bored and keep on moving. Relationships are nothing but a game, and the ones who win have played before.

One of the best ways to get a guy’s attention without looking desperate is to make eye contact. If you make eye contact, make sure you smile, and if he does the same, it shows you that he is at least interested so that you don’t put in the work without reaping a reward.

Always remember, everyone has had an embarrassing moment, and the best way to get over it is to laugh at yourself. Confidence is one of the keys to success, especially when it comes to attracting the opposite sex. A guy is not going to reject you because of a small flaw such as toilet paper on your shoe. Make sure that you don’t base all of your decisions on the fear of being rejected; it happens to the best of us. The secret is to never let them see you sweat.
