FAU’s ROTC In Action

Clear your schedules because today you all have an appointment to attend the ROTC (Reserve Officers’ Training Corp) Open House from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Barbeque Pits between Heritage Park Towers and Indian River Towers. At the open house, you can meet cadets and staff. You can see them in action as well as learning about leadership training.

The open house is an event intended to showcase the purposes and goals of the FAU ROTC organization on the Boca campus, which is now in its third year. The mission of FAU’s ROTC program is to train university students in leadership and educate them on what the Army is really about.

The event is open to anyone who is interested. Those who are interested should show up anytime between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. The event will showcase music, fun and, of course, free food.
