Do you like Ramen noodles? Of course you do, they are the staple of every college student’s diet. This week’s recipe gives a little pizzazz to the traditional Ramen. It might sound strange at first, but it’s good – I promise.
Ingredients:
1 package of Ramen noodles (Any flavor you like)1 can condensed tomato soup (Make sure its condensed.)1 handful of cheese crackers (Goldfish, Cheese Nips, and Cheez-Its are great)1 tablespoon of powdered garlicParmesan cheese (Optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1) Cook ramen precisely to package instructions. (If you’re like me you don’t measure the water, you just wing it, but don’t do that with this. Flavor packet is optional.)2) In the last minute of cooking add can of condensed tomato soup and stir well. Allow to boil for 2 or 3 more minutes to thicken.3) Add garlic powder and stir well.4) Transfer some to a bowl to eat from. If it’s just you, pour the rest in a bowl to refrigerate but let it cool first, if you have friends over you can divide it up amongst yourselves.5) Top with Parmesan cheese if you like and enjoy.6) Here’s the fun part: I like to eat the noodles first and then stir in the crackers to down with the left over soup. You can do this, dip the crackers or stir them in and eat with the noAodles. Anyway you choose – it’s all good.
