Self-Defense Course – The Rape Aggression Defense System is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. The R.A.D. System is a comprehensive, women-only course. This is a three-day intensive course open to FAU, BCC, and PBCC students, faculty, and staff. Women from the general public will be allowed to attend on a space-available basis. FAU Chess Club – The FAU Chess Club meets at the University Center every Friday from 6:30pm to 11pm. The contact person is Bill McLean, Ext. 7-2236. Also there is additional information on the Boca Raton Chess Club web site www.bocachess.com
Victory Bible Club – The Victory Bible Club meets every Thursday from 12pm to 2pm in the UCM room by the ATM in the Breezeway. Lunch will be provided along with bible study, discussions and trips.

Art Exhibit – The BFA Exhibition showcases the work of students in the Senior Seminar Class. The BFA exhibit will run from December 3 to December 12 in the Ritter Art Gallery. It will include photography, sculpture, pottery, graphic design, printmaking, and painting. Football – The FAU football team will host FIU at Pro Player Stadium on Dec. 4.
Lecture – As part of the Spirit of Israel Lecture Series, Dr. Alan Berger will offer a lecture entitled “Israel and the Holocaust” in the Religious Science Center on Dec. 5.
Lecture – Dr. Jonathan Sarna will deliver a lecture entitled “American Judaism at 350” at 7:30 p.m., Dec. 8 in the Live Oak Pavillion. Free and open to the public.
University Tower Campus
Art Show – The MFA (Master of Fine Arts) in Computer Arts program will display their work at 6:30 p.m., Dec. 7 in the Fort Lauderdale, Askew Tower, 921.
Broward
Music – FAU Chamber Soloists with the Florida Woodwind Quintet Free for Faculty/staff/alumni/students with FAU ID. This concert will take place Dec. 4 in the Davie Liberal Arts Auditor.
