Broward News

Many students who take classes at the Davie campus sometimes feel left out from the events and gatherings going on at the Boca campus, but those who need a little entertainment in between classes will be happy to know about Owl Productions.

Owl Productions hosts many free events for Davie students, such as massages and diverse culture days, which always include free food and drinks. Along with the themed activities, there are prizes and giveaways, free tickets to movie theatres, theme parks and restaurants. Other events include guest speakers such as Ilyasah Shabazz , who spoke about growing up as Malcolm X’s daughter, and comedienne Michelle Garb lecturing about eating disorders.

There are always posters announcing these events around the Davie campus, but one important office to become familiar is LA 107 where you can get the full fall schedule of events and sign up when needed. Contact Owl Productions with any questions at 954-236-1250.
