Board of Trustees: Like all of Florida’s public universities, FAU is governed by a 13-member board, six of whom are appointed by the governor, five by the Board of Governors plus the student body president and the chairperson of the University Faculty Council.
Search committee: The presidential search committee was originally made up of 17 members including students, trustees, faculty, staff, community members, and alumni.
