One of America’s favorite brands, Hunt’s Tomatoes, invites FAU students and faculty to benefit a worthy charity and also have the chance to personally win $10,000 by participating in its Label Saving for Charity Promotion now through Dec. 31.
The program encourages consumers to purchase participating Hunt products and submit the labels in order to benefit three national charities: ConAgra Foods Feeding Children Better Foundation, The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, and the Children’s Miracle Network.
Every Hunt’s label sent in will count as a vote towards a designated charity. The charity with the most votes will receive $50,000, while the second and third place charities will each receive $25,000 and $15,000 respectively.
Participating Hunt’s products include, all varieties of Hunt’s Tomato Sauce, Hunt’s Tomato Paste, Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes, Hunt’s Whole Tomatoes, Hunt’s Stewed Tomatoes, Hunt’s Crushed Tomatoes, Hunt’s Tomato Puree, Hunt’s Ketchup, Hunt’s BBQ Sauce, Hunt’s Family Favorites (Taco, Pasta, Soup and Stew, Pizza, Chili, Lasagna, Meatloaf) and Hunt’s Spaghetti Sauce.
Participants can mail in any participating Hunt’s labels in an envelope, with the appropriate postage affixed, to: Hunt’s Label Saving for Charity Sweepstakes, 2967 Michelson Dr. #G526, Irvine, CA, 92612. Each entry must include name, age, address, daytime phone number, and designated charity. Consumers can also simply send in a plain piece of 3″ x 5″ paper and handprint the entry information to enter the sweepstakes only. There is a limit of one sweepstakes entry per stamped envelope.
The winner of the consumer sweepstakes will be announced in January 2003, and charity donations will be announced in February 2003.
