Recruiters from more than 75 local, regional, and national businesses and organizations will be on hand at FAU’s Fall Career Day on Thursday, Oct. 3, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Gymnasium on the Boca Raton campus. The event, titled “Working in the USA,” is free of charge to students and area residents.
It will be sponsored by the Career Development Center and the FAU Student Government. Attendees are encouraged to dress in a professional manner, and to bring several copies of their resumes.
Among the companies and organizations being represented are Walgreen’s, SunTrust Bank, Florida Highway Patrol, Office Depot, Target, and the Broward County Sheriff’s Office.
