Facilities included at stadium: Unlike most colleges, FAU has two full playing fields. This is a tremendous advantage in several ways. 1. It allows the team to break up and work on specific things.
2. Several teams come down during the spring break to rent the fields and play games. For a long time, this provided opponents for FAU to play, as the team was attempting to move to Division I. Now, it provides a cash flow to help the program improve and to bring in more prominent teams.
3. Both fields are used as a showcase site for high school and summer league teams. This helps tremendously in recruiting.
The most special are the berms, which line the sides of the fields. Fans love this.
