P.S. Those incest quotations were from Genesis 19.

Well a decent amount of the horrible things he's saying ARE founded in the Scripture, unfortunately; the Bible is actually filled to the brim with all the sorts of unspeakable acts.

For instance, after escaping the brimstone apocalypse inflicted on Sodom and Gomorrah by the Lord (19:24), Lot and his two daughters dwelt in a cave (19:30) where the two daughters got him drunk on wine and had sex with him (19:32), causing them to become pregnant (19:36)... eventually bearing Moab and Benammi. I was never told about the cave in church. And now I know why: incest is absolutely unacceptable and they know it. In fact it's almost as unacceptable as Leviticus 20:13, a directive to put to death any homosexuals who are merely trying to find their own happiness. If God is truly compassion and understanding, he'd certainly understand how ludicrous that request is to the point of being ashamed of it.

Sadly, that's just the beginning. Though the "Good Book" doesn't necessarily always advocate for cannibalism, sexism, slavery, stoning, adultery, decapitation, burning people to death, human sacrifice, religious intolerance and loads of genocide, it mentions them often enough to make a thorough read of the Bible an upsetting and alienating endeavor.

To its credit, there are plenty of respectable gestures and messages in the Bible as well - too bad it's overshadowed by all this awful stuff. Fortunately we've been blessed with several religions and moralistic philosophies. A true scholar reads and learns from each philosophy in order to form a comprehensive basis of personal morality.

If people ignore him, he will go away. But no one will.

This guy is a jackass and he is going to burn in hell. He is a false prophet and the devil's advocate. People who love the Lord and stand firmly in his word do not preach such irrational and over-the-top views that are not inconcordance of the bible. Its about Jesus dieing on the cross for our sins, his love for us and his ressurection power. Most importantly its about his strong desire to have a personal relationship with each and every one of us no matter who you are, where you come from and what your lifestyle is. He loves us all despite ourselves and its unfortunate that a man of his age continues the spiritual corruption and preaches unacceptance when God is a loving and accepting God.

I was at the Free Speech Lawn yesterday and what I heard hurt my spirit. I am a Christian who loves God more than anything else. However, what this man was preaching was a perversion of God's truth. God loves humanity even though we all have sinned against him. Jesus died and resurrected so that humanity would be reconciled to God. This is not a religion it is relationship and it is for everyone, even those who don't believe and think its just a bunch of non-sense. Brother Micha is a false religious leader- he is a man that Jesus would refer to as a pharisee and a hypocrite. He judges people making himself to be like God and makes a mockery of God's love. It is because of people like this that society is so turned off by God or religion. If you were there, and you don't really know what you believe in, I pray that you did not hear a word that he said. But God is real, he loves you, he wants a relationship with you through knowing and accepting Jesus in your heart. Will you let him in your life?
