This week, the 14 remaining designers took photos of NYC at night and drew inspiration for their garments from the pictures. Long story short, some designers hit the mark, while others failed - miserably.

Everyone's favorite orange-skinned judge, Michael Kors, managed to perfectly sum up one of the fashion disasters: "It literally looked like toilet paper caught in a windstorm." And boy, did it ever. Click here to take a look for yourself.

Sadly, that dress wasn't even the worst out of the bunch.

One problem during this season of "Project Runway" is that the challenges seem to be repeated from previous episodes. For instance, this week's challenge was strangely similar to one in season two, when the designers were let loose in New York City with their digital cameras.

The episode before this used the models as clients, like the wedding challenge in season one. In the season opener, design mentor Tim Gunn admitted that their challenge would be the same as the first challenge in season one: to turn items in a grocery store into a garment.

Hopefully there's something new in store for the next episode.

"Project Runway" airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo. Click here for more show info.
