Have you ever wanted to learn martial arts but didn't have the money or the time? In that case, you may want to give Cuong Nhu a try. The Cuong Nhu club is one of the longest running clubs at FAU.

Cuong Nhu is a Vietnamese mixed martial art that includes boxing, Shotokan, Judo, Vovinam, Aikido, Wing Chun, and Tai Chi. Students can learn forms, joint locks, free sparring, and self-defense, among other things. Classes are free to FAU students and are held in the gym on the second floor.

Class times are Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 to 9 p.m. and Fridays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Bring water, a towel, and get ready to sweat. For more information, call 954/895-8908
